Our golden fouder beer refermented on over 5.5 lbs per gallon of fresh peaches from Meadowlark Farms in Rose Hill, KS for 6 months, then refermented again in the bottle for another 2 months. This has resulted in an incredibly complex sour beer, with massive juicy peach character, paired with rich notes of oak and soft cheese funk. We are very pleased with how this beer is drinking now, but it will continue to develop in the bottle over time. We recommend opening one now and cellaring one or two for future enjoyment.
